Times:
• Morning function venues will be ready from 08h00
• Afternoon function venues will be ready from 14h00
• Evening function venues will be ready from 18h00

Functions will be held Monday to Saturday unless otherwise agreed upon.

FUNCTION PACKAGE
Minimum 40 persons, else venue hire is payable
A standard function package @ R100.00 per person includes:
  • All continental crockery
  • All stainless steel cutlery
  • All standard glassware
  • White chairs (full chair covers @ R15.00 each, sashes R 6.00 each)
  • Round and rectangular tables, subject to availability
  • Cocktail tables
  • Table linen
  • Linen serviettes
  • Choice of overlays (Butcher linen or Organza)
  • Cash bar
  • Clearing and cleaning of the venue afterwards
To be arranged by yourself:
  • General décor and draping
  • All flower requirements
  • Musical requirements
